Countdown continues

Nana and Scott should be on the way to the airport. The house is clean minus a few last minute things so they can come now! Left on the to-do list for today:

Still to do:
Go to party for friend
Frank has some design work to get done
I have to do some editing for some translations from Frank
Paint touch-ups (probabably won't happen...)
Mop kitchen floor
Address Christmas cards and Newsletters (will have to be a family project)
Charge camera for tomorrow

My body is tired from all this work today... must sip my TheraFlu...

Pretending to Sleep, 1 Sleep

Nana and Scott are zipping up the suitcases and Operation Tidy is full underway in Clackmannan - deadline 6:30 pm when we're due at a birthday dinner for a friend. Last night was a good, early sleep to try and shake our colds and we were up at an hour that we rarely see on a Saturday morning.

To-do list progress so far:
1 car washed, vacuuming abandoned due to terrible weather
Grocery shopping done
Guest room tidied & goodies in place
Cakes in oven for party on Monday night
Downstairs cleaned & outside entry tidied
Stairs vacuumed
Filing done
All work for staff day yesterday done
Purse cleaned out
Laundry in progress

As you can see, all the really important is done! *smile*
